Classes:
Yang Style Tai Chi
- the best known Tai Chi style, is mostly practiced with soft/slow movements. It is recommended for beginning students.
Chen Style Tai Chi
- the original Tai Chi style, is characterized by the cultivation of silk reeling energy . It is practiced with both soft/slow and fast/hard movements, and is a very powerful martial art.
Bagua Zhang (Yin Fu Style)
- a complex, sophisticated style, with complex, continuous movement. It emphasizes silk reeling energy, and is often practiced walking in a circle. There are many training forms utilized in this style.
Chang Chuan (Jiao Men Style)
- better known as Long Fist, is an older, broad-based style, from which Tai Chi and many other styles have been developed. The general nature of the training provides an excellent foundation in Traditional Chinese Martial Arts.
